By using this website or booking services with True Form Beauty, you agree to the following terms.

Appointments & Booking

All services are provided by appointment only and are scheduled through our website or third-party booking platform (Vagaro).A valid credit card may be required to secure your appointment.

Payments

No prepayment is required unless otherwise specified.  Payment for services is due at the end of your appointment.We accept major credit cards including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and debit cards.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a 50% fee of the service price
No-shows may also be charged 50% of the scheduled service

By booking an appointment, you authorize us to charge your card in accordance with this policy.

Late Arrival Policy

We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive late:

Your service time may be shortened
The full service price may still apply

Client Responsibility

Clients may be required to complete intake and consent forms prior to their appointment.
